  I had just got the new Italian sandwich from another Panera a week previous. Bragged about how good it was to my wife. Went to this one (closer to my house) and the sandwich was barely recognizable. Practically no fillings - maybe a teaspoon full of the tepanade, barely any meat or cheese, not even a big piece of lettuce or tomato to hide the lack of the rest. My wife gave me a look and said "this is what you've been going on about?"

  I ordered here every week for past few months and mostly my order was messed up. Last time i came they didn't put my cup of fruit (turned out they were out and decided to not put it at all). Never apologized for it. Made me a cup of fruit and the fruits were bad. I ordered hot chocolate at the end and when i left it turned out to be a coffee. The stuff is lazy and rude. Terrible location

  Food tastes fresh. Potato soup is Erica delicious. Soup and sandwich combo is worth a try.

  The manager "Destiny" is a delight to have serve a pastry... She just happen to be there when I was selecting mine.. She was pleasant and helpful... She served me the last brownie and laughed at my joke about my ex girlfriend.. She was very attractive and I'd love to have a chance to "serve" her one day.. That's fairly direct.. So.. Find me Destiny, if you want to get a pastry one day and see what happens.. I'll check in on you soon... But you should look me up as soon as you can.. Thx..
