  When I entered, the 2 employees on the floor didn't even acknowledge that I was there (there were no other customers at the time. ) When one employee decided to take my order, I gave it concisely - concluding with "extra hot, no whip and a brownie. " She said, "extra whip. And would you like any bread?"
  She couldn't hear my order properly because she was banging the grounds out of a machine while I was talking.
  The other employee made my drink. No cardboard sleeve, no stopper, just sets it on the counter. (Remember the "extra hot" part?)
  Terrible first (and final) trip to this location.

  Good drinks. They make mine correct every time! They gave my son a free cake pop... I don't know why but they did. They try to make sure everyone is enjoying their day!

  The women that helped me so was rude. The minute I walked in she asked what I wanted and I told her to give me a second and then she just kept asking. After I ordered she messed up my drinks and slammed down the hot coffee and it went everywhere she didn't even say sorry. Idk what her name was because she didn't have a name tag. She was just so rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. Sorry that's your job!
